Community management
internships.
Dynamic internship opportunities designed to give you hands-on experience in community association management. Structured enough to teach the discipline, flexible enough to match how you actually learn.
Three pillars of the program.
Comprehensive learning.
Real work across three pillars of community management: administrative support (records, resident inquiries, board meeting prep), financial management (community accounting, budgeting, reporting), and project coordination (planning and executing community initiatives).
Mentorship and development.
Pair directly with experienced community managers, accountants, and operations leads. The goal is to leave the program with sharper communication, problem-solving, and project management skills than when you arrived.
Industry networking.
Direct exposure to client relations, vendors, and board dynamics. You finish the program with a working network across the South Florida community-management industry.
Real projects. Real responsibility.
Royale interns don't make coffee. You'll work alongside community managers, accountants, and operations leads on live communities, with deliverables that actually go to boards and owners.
Strong interns are regularly considered for full-time positions. The program is the front door to a career in community management, not a summer detour.
