What to have ready.
Your pricing.
A single bid amount, or multiple priced proposal options if your bid breaks down by scope, materials, or tier. The form supports either.
Proposal documents.
Scope of work, line-item pricing, timeline, references, and any supporting materials. PDF, DOC, XLS, JPG, PNG, or ZIP. Up to 10 MB per file.
Current Certificate of Insurance.
A current COI is mandatory before any bid is evaluated. If Royale already has yours on file, indicate so on the form. Otherwise upload it directly.
All uploaded documents are protected with 256-bit SSL encryption in transit and reviewed by Royale procurement only.
Bids are matched back to the original RFP and reviewed against competing submissions on price, scope, schedule, and reference history. The community board sees the full bid set, not just our recommendation.
If your bid is selected, Royale procurement will reach out within the timeline noted in the original RFP. If you have questions before submitting, contact the project manager listed in the RFP email.
Send your bid for review.
The form takes about three to five minutes. Have your pricing, proposal documents, and current COI ready before you start.
