Documents verified.
Proof of insurance, proof of license, and your W-9 are reviewed for currency and validity. Royale only works with vendors who are licensed and properly insured.
Banking set up for ACH.
We confirm bank, beneficiary, and account details so payments can be issued by direct deposit. No paper checks, no third-party processors.
Added to the approved list.
You're added to the Royale vendor pool. Once requested by a community manager, you'll receive a scope of work, complete it, and submit a check request for payment.

Approval requires current proof of insurance, current proof of license, and a completed W-9 on file. The W-9 is available from the IRS website.
Royale's accounting team handles your banking information confidentially and uses it only for ACH payment processing.
