Highest quality.
Highest integrity.
Always the community first.
Royale exists to provide association management, accounting, and financial services with the highest quality and integrity, while controlling costs and making each community a better place for every owner.
Three commitments. One operating standard.
The work is done by licensed Royale employees, not outsourced contractors.
CAM-licensed managers and in-house licensed accountants work to a written operating standard applied across every community under contract. There are no subcontracted managers, no remote bookkeepers, no vendor middlemen.
Revenue comes from management fees. Nothing else.
Royale does not run a preferred contractor list based on revenue sharing, does not earn referral fees, and does not commingle association funds with firm funds. Full details in our Code of Conduct.
Records are open to the board and owners, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Statements, governing documents, meeting minutes, vendor contracts, and reserve schedules live on a secure web portal. See where they sit on the firm's About page.
Every agreement Royale signs is cancelable on thirty days' notice. Almost no board ever uses it. That is the only proof we offer that the mission is working.
We measure ourselves by retention, not by acquisition. A new client is a beginning. A ten-year client is the standard met.
The mission is not a tagline, it is a contract we hold with every community we serve.
Same standard, every community.
Tell us about your association. We'll walk you through how the mission applies to your community in practice.
Frequently asked questions.
Common questions about Royale's mission and how it shows up in day-to-day work.
Ask us directly→Through documented procedures applied to every community, in-house licensed accountants, CAM-licensed managers, and a board-visible audit trail across the secure web portal. The standard is the same whether the association has eight units or eight hundred.
Owners and board members have 24/7 portal access to association records, statements, governing documents, and meeting minutes. Royale does not gatekeep information that belongs to the association.
We control costs through procurement, vendor oversight, and disciplined budgeting. We do not cut corners on licensing, compliance, reserve planning, or emergency response. Those are non-negotiable.
The wording has been refined. The standard has not. Every contract signed today is held to the same operating standard that has governed Royale's relationships with South Florida associations for four decades.
