Pay through the Royale online portal.
The portal is the fastest, cleanest way to pay maintenance fees or a special assessment. No processing fees. Payment posts directly to your association ledger. You can review past payments, statements, and association records in the same place.
You'll need a username and password tied to your unit. If you are a new owner or have not set up portal access yet, contact Royale and the team will issue credentials.
Credit card or direct debit.
If you'd prefer to pay by credit card or direct debit, you can use our third-party payment processor. Be aware that this method requires the unit owner to pay additional processing fees, which are charged by the payment processor, not by your association or Royale Management Services.
Fees vary by payment method. Review the processor's terms and conditions carefully before completing your payment.
