How Royale operates

We do not subcontract the work.

We do not earn referral fees.

We do not outsource your community's money.

What we hold ourselves to

Three commitments, applied to every community.

Quality

Licensed Royale employees do the work.

CAM-licensed managers and in-house licensed accountants on staff, held to one written operating standard across every community under contract.

Integrity

Revenue is the management fee. Nothing else.

No referral fees, no preferred contractor list based on hidden revenue, no commingled association funds. Read the full Code of Conduct.

Transparency

Records open to the board, 24 hours a day.

Statements, governing documents, minutes, contracts, and reserves live on a secure web portal. See how it shows up in our mission.

Owner-operated

One office.
One operating standard.
Since 1984.

The CAM-licensed manager in your community, the licensed accountant on your books, and the CEO who signs your contract all work for Royale, in Fort Lauderdale. No outside investors directing scope or pricing. No national rollup pulling decisions out of Florida.

Every Royale agreement is cancelable on thirty days' notice. The board never loses leverage.
