Request a Certificate
of Insurance.
When your lender requests a Certificate of Insurance (COI) for the association covering your unit, upload their request letter here. Royale's insurance coordinator will work with the association's insurer and send the COI directly to your lender.
Three things before you submit.
Full association name.
The exact name of the association as it appears on its registration documents. No abbreviations — Royale routes the request by name.
Your unit number.
The specific unit the lender is referencing in their request.
Lender request letter.
The letter or form from your lender that specifies what they need on the COI. PDF, DOC, JPG, or PNG up to 10 MB.
Send your lender's request.
Submissions are handled within one business day. The COI is sent directly to your lender at the address specified in their request.
