Need to report a problem, service request or maintenance issue?

If your association is managed by Royale Management Services, Inc. we offer a number of ways to do this.

For non-emergency items you can enter your request directly into our tracking system, you can even set-up an account to allow you to track the items through to completion. Setting up an account will also make it easier to enter future requests.

Be sure to include: your name, your unit number, your phone number and the name of your association in your ticket.
