Community Association Owners Have The Right To:

A responsive and informed board of directors.

Competent and responsive community management.

The prudent expenditure and use of association funds.

Open and helpful communication from board members & management.

Proper notice of all association board and other meetings.

To be heard at and make contributions at all association meetings.

Easy access to association financial and other records.
-
The maintenance of community property so as to protect and enhance the value of the community.

Equal treatment and enforcement of the governing documents and rules for all owners and residents.

Formal notice and a chance to cure any outstanding financial obligation before legal action is initiated.

The right to appeal any decision by management or an officer of the association to the board of directors.

The use and enjoyment of their property and that proper steps be taken by the board and or management to protect these rights from abuse by other owners, residents or guests.
Community Association Owners Have The Following Responsibilities:

To read and comply with the governing documents and rules of the community.

Payment of association assessments and charges in a timely manner.

To treat all board members, officers, managers, fellow owners, residents and guests with honestly and with respect.

To maintain their property according to the established community standards.

To vote in all community elections and on other issues submitted to the community for a vote.

To insure that everyone that resides or visits on their property including their tenants, relatives, friends and guests adhere to all rules and regulations of the association and treats association, owners, resident and guests with respect.
