We know it’s scary when the lights go out, but living in south Florida means it’s going to happen from time to time and there is nothing your association or it’s management can do about it. Helpful Hint – Living in South Florida it’s always a good idea to keep a fully charged flashlight handy as hurricanes are not the only thing that can put out the lights and leave you in the dark.
