This seminar will cover the association monthly and annual financial statements. The seminar will review how to read monthly statements, how they are constructed and just what they mean. We will also go over where the information in the financial statements comes from, how to get a more detailed picture of what is going on and where your association spends its money.
The seminar will cover how to use the information contained in the financial statements to judge the health of your association and find problems. Learn what is required by Florida law and why this is just not enough to keep your association out of trouble.
This is a crash course in just what every board member should know about association financial statements. The course is perfect for owners that want to know more about the finances of their association and board members that need to know just what is going on and how to spot problems.
