The Governor’s order stay at home order means just what is says and all owners and residents should stay 
in their unit. While we understand that you are required to use common areas like hallways, elevators and lobbies to come and go for essential activities such as going to the grocery or drug store, please try to transit these areas as quickly as possible. Don’t hang out in the hallways, lobby or other common areas. Don’t invite friends or others onto the association property or into your unit. The more people that come and go the greater the level of exposure for everyone. Remember some of your fellow owners and residents may be more suitable to COVID-19 that others and every exposure puts them at more risk. The Governor’s order means that pools, social rooms and exercise facilities should be closed and no one should use these facilities.
