Understanding Association Financial Statements:
This seminar will cover the association monthly and annual financial statements. The seminar will review how to read monthly statements, how they are constructed and just what they mean. We will also go over where the information in the financial statements comes from, how to get a more detailed picture of what is going on and where your association spends its money.

Reasonable Accommodation How Too Stay Out of Trouble
Just what exactly is reasonable accommodation and when does it mean that you have to let in service animals, emotional support animals or allow changes to the common or limited common areas. Failure to have a basic understanding of this area can result in big legal bills fines and bad publicity for your association even more important it just not the right way to treat people that just need a little extra help to enjoy life. How can you tell is an animal is a service animal, of if someone really needs an emotional support animal and what can you ask even more important what can’t you ask. We don’t promise you will leave with all the answers but you will leave knowing what not to say and when to call you lawyer along with some simple tricks to avoid needs help from your lawyer.
